The Gavlin estate was built during their rise in power prior to the treason of Alyna. Done in the elegant style of Italia, it has spacious rooms with high ceilings and all the accommodations any proper estate should have, including a large banquet hall, ballroom, expansive library, and several guest rooms. The front of the estate provides a beautiful greeting for guests, but it is the backyard with gardens and fountains that is truly impressive.
